Periodic Z reporting

Periodic Z reporting

Info

Do you want a brief overview of all your Z reports over one or more months, grouped into one document?
Then you can easily generate this via the X/Z reports in one2three.

This is especially useful to quickly request and incorporate your quarterly figures into your accounts.

How do you generate a periodic overview?

Follow these steps :

  1. Go to the one2three dashboard.

  2. Click on X/Z reports.

On this page you can see the overview of all individual X and Z reports.

At the top of the page you will find the option 'Printing monthly X/Z reports'.

Set the period

When generating an overview, you first set the period:

  • From Month: Choose the starting month.

  • Until Month: Choose the end month.

For a single month, enter the same month in both fields.

Choose location

Then you choose the right location.

  • By default, your main location is set here.

  • Do you work with multiple cash registers or branches?
Then you select the correct location here.

Printer Selecting

Then select the printer on which the report should be printed.

Usually this printer has a name such as: 'X/Z report' or 'Reporting'

Alert

Important:
The selected printer must be set correctly as X/Z report printer and not as a printer for work receipts or VAT tickets.

Is this not set correctly? Then the report will not be printed correctly.
More info about this can be found here.

Generate report

Once all settings are correct, click the red button ‘Print Selected Months’.

The overview will now be:

  • Printed on the selected printer

  • Or automatically sent via email if this option is enabled

This gives you a clear monthly or quarterly overview for your accounting.
